Job summary

Link REIT is seeking a Senior Officer - Property Management (HK) to oversee daily property operations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service for assigned assets.

The role is based in Wong Tai Sin and requires a degree or above, at least 4 years in property management, and strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The incumbent will ensure policy compliance and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in property management.
• Degree or Diploma holder in related disciplines.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy.
• Deliver a high-quality property management service for assigned asset.
• Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet company standards.
• Comply with Company Policy & Procedures on daily operation.
• Provide immediate support in emergencies, inquiries and complaints.
• Handle tenancy matters including rental collection, repossession and handover of premises, enforcement action.
• Provide administration support in management office.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Support a customer-centric culture and strive for operational excellence.
