Universal Trade Centre in Hong Kong seeks a dedicated Property Officer to join our team in the Central and Western District. You will maintain and enhance our residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional tenant experiences and supporting operational excellence in our leasing business.

You will coordinate inspections, lease processing, and maintenance, liaise with contractors, and ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety standards while delivering reliable property management services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field within real estate.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-service focused approach to tenant relations.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle conflicts professionally.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management are advantageous.
• A proactive approach to identifying improvements in property management processes.

Responsabilités

• Managing day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance coordination and repairs.
• Processing and managing lease agreements, renewals and terminations in compliance with all legal requirements.
• Responding to tenant enquiries and resolving maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports on property condition.
• Liaising with contractors, vendors and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Ensuring compliance with local housing regulations and health and safety standards.
