KL Property Management Limited is seeking a capable Site In-Charge to oversee daily operations of a luxury residential development in Hong Kong.

You will supervise frontline staff, coordinate contractors, monitor building systems, prepare reports, support budget and procurement, and ensure premium resident service aligned with the estate’s prestige. Fluency in English and Chinese, PMP Licence, and 5 years’ property management experience are required.

Qualifications

• PMP Licence (Tier 1) required.
• Degree in Property Management or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in property management, 3+ years supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Ordinance and DMC.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Site In-Charge in overseeing daily operations of a luxury residential development.
• Supervise frontline staff to ensure premium service standards in resident communications, concierge support, and complaint handling.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to maintain high-quality facility maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.
• Prepare management reports, notices, and meeting documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Monitor building systems and common areas to uphold luxury living standards.
• Support budget planning, procurement, and tender processes with attention to detail.
• Promote a positive resident experience aligned with the prestige brand image of the estate.
