Job summary

WilliamSELECT, a renowned international luxury retailer, is seeking an Assistant Client Services Manager for its Hong Kong team. You will act as an online shopper to drive online sales and provide sales and customer service to VIPs and clients via call, chat, and email, building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in E-Commerce and luxury retail.
• Detailed-oriented, highly organized, reliable and flexible team player.
• Sales driven with a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Act as an online shopper to drive online sales.
• Provide sales and customer service to VIPs and clients, and establish strong relationships by call, live chat, email.
• Maximize sales by achieving sales targets.
• Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through customer acquisition, retention and growth.
• Executive order management, order processing as well as order fulfilment; resolve order-related issues and coordinate with distribution centre and internal/external stakeholders.
