Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience handling VIP and high-spending customers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
• Develop and maintain VIP clientele through clienteling.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote brand values, products and services professionally.
• Support store operations, merchandising and inventory management.
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth customers.
• Lead and coach team members at Supervisor/Store Manager level.
