You will act as an online shopper to drive online sales and provide sales and customer service to VIPs and clients via call, chat, and email, building strong relationships.

• At least 3 years in E-Commerce and luxury retail.
• Detailed-oriented, highly organized, reliable and flexible team player.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

My client is a renowned International luxury retail brand and they are looking for an Assistant Client Services (CS) Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an online shopper to drive online sales
• Provide sales and customer service to VIPs and clients, and establish strong relationship with them by call, live chat, email
• Maximize sales by achieving sales target
• Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through customer acquisition, retention and growth
• Achieve sales target and KPIs to drive revenue and customer satisfaction through customer acquisition, retention and growth
• Executive order management, order processing as well as order fulfilment
• Resolve order-related issue and act as a contact point between the distribution centre, merchandising team or any internal / external stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce and luxury retail industry are preferred
• Detailed-oriented, highly organized, reliable and flexible team player
• Sales driven with a can-do attitude
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
