Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for premium clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and track client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth within the premium client segment.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategies to attract and retain elite clients, including personalized marketing initiatives and events.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, client feedback, and KPIs.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of client service initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
