Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, policy implementation, inventory control and stocktakes.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize stock loss and damage.
• Analyze store performance, sales trends, and forecasts for management review.
• Coordinate stock deliveries, transfers, repairs, and logistics with warehouses and boutiques.
• Support after-sales service processes and repair policies for smooth execution.
