WilliamSELECT in Hong Kong seeks a Retail Director for our international luxury brand. You will lead strategy, performance, and CRM across a premium retail network, ensuring exceptional client experience and adherence to luxury standards.

The role requires senior leadership experience in luxury retail, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of retail experience, with senior leadership in luxury retail.
• Proven track record in leading a retail network and achieving targets.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with brand objectives, driving sales growth and profitability.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, sales target setting, and KPI monitoring across the retail network.
• Drive CRM and client development strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and sales conversion.
• Oversee retail operations, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Drive retail network development, including new store openings, relocations, and expansion opportunities.
