Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• CRM/data analysis experience preferred.
• Strong numerical acumen with attention to detail.

• Conduct CRM data analysis, present findings and observations.
• Provide insights and translate into qualitative insights.
• Prepare and distribute consumer management reports and dashboards, monitor KPI.
