Job summary

Magic Search Limited is seeking a Boutique Manager/Assistant Boutique Manager for its fashion and luxury client network in Hong Kong. You will monitor sales, forecast demand, and plan assortments to optimize performance.

Lead frontline staff to hit targets and oversee weekly/monthly merchandising reports for buying decisions. You will implement policies, refine operations for efficiency, and strengthen client relationships to boost loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' retail experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales through forecasting and planning.
• Motivate and lead frontline staff to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports for management.
• Implement sales policies, procedures and customer service guidelines.
• Review and redesign operational strategy for continuous improvement.
• Deliver client relationships to build customer loyalty.
