Job summary

WilliamSELECT is seeking an Assistant Client Services Manager for a renowned international luxury retail brand in Hong Kong. You will act as an online shopper to drive online sales and provide sales and customer service to VIPs and clients, building strong relationships through call, live chat and email.

Key duties include order management and fulfilment, resolving order-related issues, and coordinating with distribution, merchandising and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in E-Commerce and luxury retail industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, reliable and flexible team player.
• Sales-driven with a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Act as an online shopper to drive online sales.
• Provide sales and customer service to VIPs and clients, and establish strong relationships by call, live chat, email.
• Maximizes sales by achieving sales targets.
• Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through customer acquisition, retention and growth.
• Achieves sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Executive or order management, order processing as well as order fulfilment.
• Resolve order-related issues and act as a contact point between the distribution centre, merchandising team or any internal/external stakeholders.
