Apass International Hong Kong Company Limited is seeking an After-Sales Service Receptionist to join its Hong Kong team, supporting the service centre's operations and delivering world-class customer service.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with service processes, coordinating with departments, handling invoices, and maintaining a professional reception area to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in service or customer care, preferably luxury/hospitality.
• Consumer-centric with strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Proactive, patient, stable and positive with strong teamwork.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and offer refreshments at the service reception.
• Handle inquiries in person and by phone professionally.
• Assist customers in understanding repair and service processes.
• Coordinate with other departments and provide timely repair updates.
• Process invoices and service-fee transactions.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable.
• Participate in job rotations and cross-department training.
• Transfer information to relevant departments and follow up progress.
• Share product knowledge to build trust and understanding with customers.
