Job summary

Find Asia Limited is recruiting an After-sales Service Executive for a well-known homeware/sanitary company in Hong Kong. You will provide after-sales support, handle inquiries, and conduct on-site inspections to maintain service quality.

You will back the retail sales team with technical and operational support, manage data, coordinate with production houses, and ensure spare parts inventory runs smoothly for maintenance and repair.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree holders.
• With CS/ after-sales/ B2C experience related to clients/ customers visit and coordination.
• With technical background/ Engineering is an advantage.
• Good command of English in spoken and written.
• Good PC Knowledge with excellent MS Office skills.
• Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service to customers and keep service quality improvement.
• Handle inquiries, on-site inspections and after-sales support.
• Provide operational and technical support to retail sales team, ensure running daily sales and after-sales service smoothly.
• Data management and gathering to keep accuracy and handle complaints align with customers needs.
• Liaise with production house and manufacturers and exchange technical information for production to keep good quality.
• Ensure spare parts and components inventory running smoothly for maintenance and repair operations.
• Provide training and organize technical seminars to enhance troubleshooting achievement.
