• Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree holder required.
• Experience in CS/after-sales/B2C with client visits and coordination preferred.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide after-sales service to customers and drive service quality improvements.
• Handle inquiries, on-site inspections, and after-sales support.
• Support retail sales team with operations and technical guidance to ensure smooth daily sales and service.
• Data gathering and analysis to ensure accuracy and address complaints aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate with production houses and manufacturers to exchange technical information for quality maintenance.
• Ensure spare parts inventory operates smoothly for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Provide training and organize technical seminars to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.
