Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited is seeking a Senior Officer, Loyalty Digital Experience in Hong Kong to help plan and execute the Group’s loyalty marketing initiatives and partner activations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling, seamless member experiences across markets and touchpoints.

The role requires 3–5 years in loyalty marketing or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, and strong coordination across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in loyalty marketing, CRM, partnerships or related field.
• Experience coordinating promotional campaigns with external partners or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns and partner activations.
• Coordinate launch and delivery of partner benefits and member offers.
• Plan and execute member engagement campaigns and communications across channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor and internal resources for loyalty projects.
