Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Retention & Client Experience to lead loyalty initiatives and client engagement programs. You will manage end-to-end campaign delivery, coordinate internal and external partners, and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.

The role requires 6–8 years in marketing or loyalty, a university degree, and strong English and Chinese communications. You will collaborate across client services, procurement, IT and compliance to continually improve

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 6–8 years in marketing, loyalty, or program execution.
• Strong English and Chinese written and spoken.
• Experience in campaign management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day client engagement programs and campaigns.
• Coordinate rewards sourcing, fulfillment and service delivery.
• Design and deliver client engagement activities and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, compliance.
• Monitor progress, analyze campaign performance and report results.
