Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking a CRM Officer to lead loyalty programs for a premium automotive retailer with strong presence in Hong Kong, Macao, and China. You will craft CRM strategies, monitor feedback, and work cross-functionally to launch targeted campaigns that boost retention and customer engagement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in CRM/loyalty marketing, with excellent writing in English and Chinese and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in CRM/ loyalty marketing.
• Experience in loyalty programs in retail/ automobile/ luxury industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and writing in English and Chinese.
• Strong communications, multitasking, project management and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase retention and loyalty.
• Monitor feedback and coordinate with teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to run designated programs.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences/trends and create targeted campaigns.
