Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager, Client Activation to translate and execute the brand’s global/group marketing strategies across Hong Kong and Macau.

This role focuses on seamless campaign implementation, hands-on event operations, VIC suite/salon management, vendor relations, and bespoke VIP activations aligned with brand guidelines and local commercial goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in event execution, marketing implementation, VIP/VIC salon management, or client activation—preferably within luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or private banking in HK/Macau.

Responsibilities

Translate and execute annual group marketing directions, 360° global campaigns, and regional initiatives across HK and Macau.
Lead on-site event execution and VIP/VIC suite management to deliver premium client experiences.
Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors within budget.
Prepare post-event performance decks with KPIs, ROI, sales impact, and improvement plans.
Design executive-ready PowerPoint decks and activation proposals outlining targets and reporting templates.
