Job summary

ScentAir Technologies, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping documentation, freight bookings, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will prepare shipping documents, track shipments, and generate operational reports while collaborating with production and warehouse teams to align scheduling with carrier timelines. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

F.5 or HKCEE or equivalent.
2 years of experience in shipping/logistics or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight booking procedures, and carrier operations.
Proactive with strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail with multitasking under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
MS Office and ERP/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

Prepare, verify and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB).
Coordinate freight bookings and schedules with forwarders and 3PL partners.
Provide priorities and cut-off deadlines to Logistics Coordinator for staging, picking, packing, dispatch.
Collaborate with Production/Warehouse to align orders with carrier schedules and transit timelines.
Track outbound shipments and follow up on delays or documentation discrepancies; escalate risks.
Monitor warehouse packaging and replenishment to prevent shortages.
Prepare and distribute fulfillment reports and shipment status summaries.
Maintain shipping records and audit trails in ERP/WMS systems.
Escalate delivery delays or logistics issues to management.
