Job summary

Freight Masters Worldwide Limited is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Hong Kong. You will manage daily shipment operations, liaising with factories, forwarders, and logistics partners across China and Hong Kong to ensure cargo readiness and on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years of air/sea freight experience, strong English and Chinese writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You will handle shipping documents, schedules, and provide clerical support to the team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Air/Sea freight experience in the shipping/trading industry
• Good written skills in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Sincere and patient, with eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipment operations by liaising with factories, forwarders, and logistics partners across China and Hong Kong to ensure cargo readiness and on-time delivery
• Handle full set of I/E documents and TT Payment documents
• Prepare shipping marks and manage shipping documents
• Maintain delivery schedules and handle logistics-related inquiries
• Maintain shipment reports and keep accurate tracking records
• Provide general clerical assistance to the shipping team
