Job summary

Coltex Furnishing Limited in Hong Kong seeks a meticulous logistics professional to manage shipping documents, freight bookings, and coordination with forwarders and carriers.

You will monitor shipments, maintain records, and communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and minimal risk, using strong English and Chinese skills and MS Office proficiency.

Immediate availability preferred and a Diploma or higher is expected for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on exposure to sea and air freight.
• Knowledge of booking procedures and shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, factories, and suppliers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents (B/L, Shipping Instructions, etc.).
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight bookings and shipment schedules.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays, customs issues, and documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare status and operational reports.
• Work with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
