Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Hong Kong to manage the full set of import/export shipping documents and coordinate with factories, suppliers and forwarders for schedules. The role also involves handling customer enquiries about delivery status and checking invoices and related documents.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in US, Mexico and UK markets, strong English and Chinese language skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, well-organized, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• F.5 / F.6 graduate or above.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling full set I/E shipping documents
• Handle customer's enquiries regarding the delivery status
• Coordinate with factories/ suppliers and forwarders for shipping schedule
• Check invoice and filing documents
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
