Responsibilities

• Help plan and run onboarding, customer education, and re-engagement campaigns
• Deliver communications through approved in-app and email channels, following our record-keeping and compliance standards
• Track engagement and campaign participation data, and help analyse what is working
• Turn market themes and product updates into customer education content, with Compliance review before publication
