Job summary

WeLab is seeking a senior marketer to drive customer growth across lifecycle in our Hong Kong fintech environment. You will design acquisition, activation and retention campaigns, and lead cross-channel programs across digital, referral and partnerships to grow high-quality customers for WeLab Bank.

The role requires deep data analytics, strong campaign management, and collaboration with Marketing, Product, Data and Compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 8+ years in customer proposition, CRM, lifecycle/growth marketing or product marketing in banking/fintech
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management including acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement and retention
• Proven experience leading customer campaigns, targeting, proposition development, execution and performance evaluation
• Strong data analytics skills; hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau would be an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, data and technology
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth across lifecycle from acquisition to retention and anti-attrition
• Lead customer campaigns and communications from proposition development to evaluation
• Develop acquisition strategies across digital, referral, partnerships and other channels
• Strengthen engagement and value through onboarding, activation, cross-sell and balance growth
• Drive development of onboarding, anti-attrition and offboarding journeys
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital, BI, Technology and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes
• Ensure compliance with cross-border and financial crime risk requirements
