Responsibilities

• Support venue research, pre-event planning, and on-the-ground execution.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, materials, and on-site staff so every event runs smoothly.
• Capture event engagement data and attendee feedback, and contribute to post-event reviews.
• Support other brand and marketing initiatives for our Hong Kong business.
