Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager for Mid Cap clients. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, structuring facilities, pricing, and monitoring facilities while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relations.

The candidate will engage with clients, collaborate across departments, and develop new Mid-Cap banking solutions with strong communication in English and Putonghua. This full-time position is based in Hong Kong and requires RI registration.

Qualifications

• Preferably degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics
• Good credit evaluation skill and good teamwork spirit
• Good communication in English and Putonghua, both spoken and written
• Strong marketing and credit analysis skills for Mid-Cap clients
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Must be registered RI (Type 1 & 4) with HKSI Licensing Examination or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities from both new and existing customers.
• Structure credit facilities to meet customer needs and protect the bank’s interests.
• Negotiate pricing arrangements with customers.
• Monitor account performance to ensure good utilization of facilities and to control overdue situations.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries on banking operations.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Obtain up-to-date market information in the banking industry and help develop new products.
• Comply with regulatory requirements, bank policies, lending guidelines and procedures.
• Perform regulated activities under SFO Type 1 and 4 and comply with HKMA conditions.
• Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct for persons licensed or registered with the SFC.
