Job summary

eCOM DataFin is a fast-growing Hong Kong fintech and AI-powered lending platform focused on data-driven trade finance solutions. This role handles day-to-day loan operations after approval, including signing, drawdown, interest, and record entry, while helping test and transition processes to the new AI-powered platform.

You will manage customer emails, statements and reporting with accuracy, working in a detail-oriented, numbers-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in loan operations, commercial banking operations, trade finance or fintech customer success.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with clear written English and Chinese for customer emails.

Responsibilities

• Draft loan agreements and related documents.
• Coordinate information among parties and complete KYB/KYC checks.
• Record signing sessions and ensure documents are signed and filed.
• Process drawdowns, confirm disbursement and reconcile loan records.
• Draft customer emails and respond within agreed turnaround times.
• Prepare monthly borrower statements and support portfolio reporting.
