United Asia Finance Limited is seeking a Specialist, Digital Business (Online Loan Processing) in Hong Kong. The role focuses on end-to-end support for online loan and credit card applications within the Digital Business Department.

Responsibilities include customer service, data collection, document preparation, drawdown follow-up, and administrative tasks. Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least 3 years in banking or finance, and strong English/Cantonese/Mandarin skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE/ HKDSE level with high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking or finance experience, preferably in personal loan
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of operation support to Online Loan and Credit Card applications
• Deliver quality customer service and conduct warm calls to promote personal loan
• Follow up on loan approvals and drawdowns to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including document filing and data entry
