Job summary

WeLab in Hong Kong is seeking an operations-focused professional to manage the daily Loan Business and ensure smooth processes across its digital banking platforms.

You will perform daily reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Higher Diploma or above and at least 2 years in Personal Loan products, with strong English and Chinese communication and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years' experience in Personal Loan products.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily operations of the Loan Business.
• Perform daily reconciliations and review discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in automation projects and UAT activities to improve efficiency.
