Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal software.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, format, and revise complex legal documents and financial statements.
• Manage cross-referencing, Tables of Contents/Authorities, indexing, mail merges, fillable PDFs, and ChangePro comparisons.
• Troubleshoot Word issues and recover corrupted files via remote access.
• Convert and format documents across software packages.
• Proofread work for accuracy, style, and formatting.
• Maintain daily work log and coordinate with Word Processing Supervisor.
