Responsibilities include typesetting in Word/Google Docs to style guides, creating polished layouts for PDFs and marketing materials, proofreading, and preparing files for print and digital distribution from Central and Western District, HK.

Qualifications

• Strong typesetting experience in MS Word or Google Docs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow style guides.
• Experience proofreading and preparing print-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Typeset manuscripts, reports, e-books, and other long-form documents in Word/Google Docs per style guides.
• Create clean, professional layouts for PDFs, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent formatting: fonts, spacing, margins, headings, and paragraph styles.
• Proofread carefully and perform quality checks to ensure error-free final files.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution (e.g., optimized PDFs).
• Convert documents between formats (e.g., Word to PDF) while preserving layout.
