Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an Assistant L&D Officer to support learning programmes, coordinate CPD for licensed staff, and manage onboarding for new joiners. The role emphasizes effective administration, vendor coordination, and data reporting within a dynamic financial services environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, 0–3 years' HR/L&D experience, and excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration, psychology or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of HR/L&D experience in sizable organizations preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle logistics and administrative tasks for training programmes.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors for smooth delivery.
• Support CPD programmes for licensed staff.
• Deliver monthly New Joiner Orientation and onboarding tasks.
• Administrate GLMS and other digital learning platforms, generate reports.
• Handle general employee learning enquiries and data updates.
• Support learning campaigns and group-wide engagement initiatives.
• Assist HR engagement events and track team budgets.
