Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a large corporate or financial services environment.
  • AI Passion: A strong, demonstrable interest in AI, Generative AI, and digital transformation. Ability to learn new tech tools quickly and explain them in simple, non-technical terms to everyday users.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven track record of managing complex training events and logistics flawlessly. High level of accountability, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Risk & Compliance Awareness: Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of corporate IT security, data privacy, and vendor governance protocols.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and influence a diverse workforce.
