Job summary

Charterhouse Hong Kong is seeking an experienced learning and development partner to design curricula, identify skills gaps, and deliver engaging programs. You will oversee onboarding, continuous learning paths, lead workshops, and manage LMS analytics to measure ROI.

The role focuses on engagement and culture, coordinating with department leaders and delivering live and virtual trainings. A strong data-driven mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR, Talent Development, Learning & Development (L&D) or Employee Engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Proven instructional content design and facilitation experience.
• Experience using LMS to track training and measure ROI.
• Experience designing onboarding and continuous learning programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Needs assessment and curriculum design: partner with leaders to identify skills gaps and build engaging learning programs.
• Onboarding and professional development: oversee onboarding journeys and create ongoing learning pathways.
• Facilitation and delivery: run live trainings, webinars, and workshops (in-person and virtual).
• LMS management and evaluation: administer LMS, track completion, collect feedback, measure ROI.
• Employee engagement and culture: design engagement strategies, run pulse surveys, and support ERGs.
• Internal communications: coordinate with teams to share milestones and culture updates.
