Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership Asia is seeking a Learning & Development and Employee Engagement lead in Hong Kong. You will partner with department leaders to diagnose skills gaps, design engaging training programs, and manage onboarding and continuous development pathways.

You will deliver live sessions and webinars, oversee LMS management, and measure program ROI. You will also drive engagement initiatives, conduct pulse surveys, and support culture-building activities across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in HR, Talent Development, L&D, or Employee Engagement roles.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Training & Instructional Skills: Designing instructional content, facilitating workshops, and using LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment & Curriculum Design: Identify skills gaps and design learning programs with department leaders.
• Onboarding & Professional Development: Oversee onboarding journeys and continuous learning pathways, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives.
• Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver live trainings, webinars, and workshops (in-person and virtual) on leadership, soft skills, and company processes.
• LMS Management & Evaluation: Administer LMS, track completion, collect feedback, and measure ROI of learning programs.
• Engagement Strategy & Initiatives: Design and execute company-wide engagement strategies, culture-building events, and recognition programs.
• Feedback Loops & Pulse Surveys: Plan and analyze engagement surveys and translate insights into improvements.
• Culture Champions & ERGs: Advise internal culture committees and ERGs to boost belonging.
• Internal Communications: Coordinate communications of milestones and culture updates via newsletters or intranet.
