Charterhouse Limited is seeking an Engagement Manager in Hong Kong to design and lead internal communications that align staff with company objectives. You will own the monthly staff newsletter, curate content that celebrates achievements, and reinforce our culture.

The role involves shaping the talent management framework, including performance reviews, career paths, and succession planning, while developing compelling messaging for leadership updates and town halls.

Qualifications

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on employee engagement experience within a corporate environment.
• Excellent communications skills with ability to engage diverse audience.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Collaborative team player with a genuine passion for people and culture.

Responsabilités

• Design the internal communications strategy to align employees with company objectives.
• Manage monthly staff newsletter from end to end, curating content that celebrates achievements and reinforces culture.
• Manage the talent management framework, encompassing performance reviews, career pathing, and succession planning.
• Develop clear and compelling messaging for leadership updates, town halls, and company-wide announcements.
• Analyze engagement data and employee feedback to refine communication strategies and enhance the employee experience.
