Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a Structural Assistant Project Manager to oversee structural design management on flagship property developments in Hong Kong. You will lead coordination among consultants, contractors and internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

The role requires strong technical expertise in structural detailing and construction methods, plus HK experience and tri-lingual communication.

Qualifications

Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (with HKIE / IStructE membership)
7–10 years of project management experience in a leading local property developer or consultancy
Deep technical expertise in structural detailing, construction methodologies, and site coordination
High self-motivation, strong communication capabilities, and leadership in a fast-paced environment
Tri-lingual proficiency: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Drive Structural Execution: Lead the coordination and monitoring of structural engineering works across landmark property development projects.
Maintain Quality & Compliance: Review structural designs, method statements, and technical packages while enforcing safety and statutory standards on site.
Bridge Stakeholder Alignment: Connect developers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Resolve Technical Challenges: Act as a key technical problem-solver on site, managing design variations, construction issues, and site queries promptly.
