Our client is a well-know contractors, currently seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager to lead flagship, large-scale construction developments in Hong Kong. In this role, you will take full operational, financial, and technical ownership of assigned projects—driving delivery excellence, managing key client relationships, and leading cross-functional project teams from inception through completion.
Operational & Project Leadership: Direct day-to-day site operations, monitor overall project execution, and ensure full alignment with company governance, safety, and quality standards.
Technical & Contractual Governance: Resolve complex technical, structural, and contractual issues. Review sub-contractor agreements, mitigate project risks early, and introduce standardized or innovative construction methodologies to optimize efficiency.
Financial & Commercial Management: Establish, track, and maintain comprehensive project budgets, resource allocation plans, programming schedules, and environmental/safety compliance frameworks.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, Architects, Consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless co-ordination and project performance.
Sub-Contractor & Team Oversight: Supervise sub-contractors, address on-site operational bottlenecks, chair internal progress reviews, and report key performance metrics directly to Senior Management.
Team Building: Foster a strong team culture, mentor junior engineers, and drive independent problem-solving across all project phases.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
Professional Qualifications: Professional chartership (HKIE / HKIS / HKIA / HKICM or equivalent recognized institutions) is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of handling complex site dynamics independently.
