Job summary

China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. is seeking a senior structural/civil engineer with a strong project management background for large-scale Hong Kong developments.

The role requires planning, coordinating, and supervising structural works, plus liaising with consultants and contractors to ensure on-time delivery within budget. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (MHKIE preferred) and has 10+ years of PM experience, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above in Structural/Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• MHKIE or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large-scale property developments.
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, detailing and coordination.
• Experience with site supervision, technical coordination and project administration.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of structural works for property development projects.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and compliance with requirements.
• Review structural drawings, technical submissions and method statements to support project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with parties on design changes, construction issues and clarifications.
• Resolve site and construction problems in a timely and effective manner.
