Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a Structural Assistant Project Manager to oversee structural design management on flagship property developments in Hong Kong. You will lead coordination among consultants, contractors and internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

The role requires strong technical expertise in structural detailing and construction methods, plus HK experience and tri-lingual communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (with HKIE / IStructE membership)
• 7–10 years of project management experience in a leading local property developer or consultancy
• Deep technical expertise in structural detailing, construction methodologies, and site coordination
• High self-motivation, strong communication capabilities, and leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Tri-lingual proficiency: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)

To support their expanding local pipeline, they are seeking a high-calibre Structural Assistant Project Manager to oversee structural design management, consultant coordination, and site delivery on the client side.
