Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Studies, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• Professional chartership: HKIE / HKIS / HKIA / HKICM or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations and ensure governance, safety, and quality standards.
• Resolve complex technical and contractual issues and optimize construction methods.
