Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of structural works for property development projects
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure structural works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with project requirements
- Review structural drawings, technical submissions, and method statements to support project delivery
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with relevant parties on design changes, construction issues, and technical clarifications
- Assist in resolving site and construction problems in a timely and effective manner
We, a local public listed company with business in property investment and property development , are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and high calibre individual for the following position:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of structural works for property development projects
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure structural works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with project requirements

Requirements
- Degree or above in Structural / Civil Engineering or related discipline, MHKIE or
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, solid track record working with major property developers on large-scale local projects
- Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, detailing and project coordination
- Experience in site supervision, technical coordination and project administration
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
