A leading supply chain company in Hong Kong is seeking a Trainer to support its expansion. The role involves planning, designing, deploying, and managing various training programs in Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of related experience, especially in customer service or the air express industry. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential, as is fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a training capacity with hands-on training experience.
• Experience in the air express industry and/or customer service is preferable.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, deploy and manage various training programs in Customer Service.
• Act as key trainer and support managers in evaluating training effectiveness.
• Coordinate Customer Service training programs in line with recruitment schedules.
