Job summary

Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, located in Kowloon’s Victoria Harbour district, seeks an energetic L&D specialist to shape our training culture. You will design and deliver onboarding, leadership development, and internship programs for local and international students.

The role requires fluency in English and Chinese, strong coaching and presentation skills, and expertise with LMS tools. You will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain training calendars and drive associate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management, human resources management, training, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant L&D experience, preferably in an international hotel chain.
Strong presentation and coaching skills; ability to engage audiences.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead our New Associates Orientation, Service Culture Program and Management Training Program with energy.
Roll out leadership training concepts and coach Departmental Trainers.
Coordinate internship programs with hotel schools and institutes, sourcing local and overseas interns.
Manage training calendars and use e-learning tools; report on progress with monthly metrics.
Support HR events and associate engagement initiatives across the hotel.
