Job summary

Mise En Place Talent partners with a leading hospitality group hiring a Head of Training & Development in Hong Kong. You will spearhead comprehensive training programmes from wine concepts to frontline operations while shaping the employee journey across the organisation.

The role requires 5+ years in Training & Development or People & Culture within sizeable hospitality brands, with strong English communication and a passion for developing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Training & Development or People & Culture.
• Experience leading a team in hospitality/F&B.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, create, and execute training programmes aligned with operations.
• Deliver engaging sessions and assess productivity via feedback.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle for roles across concepts and back office.
• Represent the company at university career fairs for internships/trainees.
• Manage regular check-ins with interns and management trainees.
• Assist Administrative Team with logistics for short-term programmes.
• Foster strong relationships and a nurturing employment experience.
