Fairwood Fast Food Ltd invites applications for a Junior Clerk in our Specialty Restaurant. You will perform essential administrative tasks, manage standard recipes, and support smooth daily operations.

The role requires MS Office proficiency, bilingual Cantonese and English communication, and strong organizational skills. Diploma or higher in hospitality or related field is preferred, with 1 year of clerical experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in hospitality or related discipline
• 1 year of clerical or administrative experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel (including Vlookup etc) , Powerpoint, Outlook
• Familiar with Chinese and English typing skills
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English and a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsabilités

• Draft internal correspondence, memos, and simple documents as assigned
• Formulate, maintain, and update the Standard Recipe in accordance with departmental requirements
• Review and revise Standard Recipes, procedure, workflows, and related procedures when necessary

About the role

Fairwood Fast Food Ltd is seeking a Junior Clerk, Specialty Restaurant to join our team. This role is fundamental to the smooth day-to-day operations of our specialty restaurant, providing essential administrative and clerical support that ensures our business runs efficiently. As a Junior Clerk, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing key administrative functions and supporting our team to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

Draft internal correspondence, memos, and simple documents as assigned

Formulate, maintain, and update the Standard Recipe in accordance with departmental requirements

Review and revise Standard Recipes, procedure, workflows, and related procedures when necessary
