Lane Crawford is launching a fast-moving, trend-driven food and retail concept in Hong Kong. The role involves supporting in-store food offerings, delivering top customer service, and achieving sales targets.

You will prepare and serve food and beverages, handle transactions, and maintain clean, attractive displays. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, a strong customer-service mindset, and flexibility to work weekends and shifts.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service and sales driving initiatives.
• An agile team player and fast learner - able to support rotating concepts/offerings.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Competent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Food Supervisors.
• Support cross-functional operations of instore food offerings (retail, F&B concepts, events and activations).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and achieving commercial targets.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Handle retail transactions and customer enquiries.
• Stock replenishment and store display.
• Store hygiene and presentation upkeep.
• Other ad hoc duties within the Food Department.

The Role

• Report to the Food Supervisors
