Job summary

Fairwood Fast Food Ltd is seeking a payroll and HR administrator for its Hong Kong office. The role covers full compensation and benefits duties, including payroll, MPF, leaves, taxation, and benefits administration.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain SAP records while preparing management reports and supporting ad hoc HR projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related fields with at least 1 year payroll experience, preferably in F&B/retail/FMCG, and is

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with solid experience in office payroll calculation.
• F&B / retail / FMCG sector experience in sizable company is a significant advantage.
• Strong commitment to meeting critical monthly payroll cut-offs, with the flexibility to work during payroll period of the month regardless of holidays.

Ensure compliance with employment regulations and payroll requirements across Hong Kong.

Maintain accurate employee records in SAP, ensure data are up-to-date and reliable.

Prepare HR reports and data analyses for management review.

Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with solid experience in office payroll calculation. F&B / retail / FMCG sector experience in sizable company is a significant advantage.

Strong commitment to meeting critical monthly payroll cut-offs, with the flexibility to work during payroll period of the month regardless of holidays. Equal compensation leave will be arranged.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Hands-on experience in SAP HCM is preferred.

Detail-oriented, well-organized with strong accuracy.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
