Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays (as per the 5-day roster).
• Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus).

• Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Bar Support: Assist with basic drink preparation, running drinks, and maintaining the bar area.
• Restaurant Ops: Set up the floor, handle cash/POS transactions, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves happy, whether they are grabbing a quick lunch or staying for dinner and drinks.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, flexible, and dedicated individuals to join our team at a bustling venue in the heart of Central. We are hiring for all levels: Juniors looking to break into the industry, Captains ready to lead the floor, and Supervisors ready to manage operations.

The vibe here is fast-paced, social, and high-energy. We operate a busy bar and restaurant, so we need people who are true all-rounders—comfortable slinging drinks, running food, and engaging with guests.

What We Are Looking For

The \"All-Rounder\" Mentality: You are not just a server; you are a utility player. You are happy to help behind the bar, seat guests, clear tables, and support your teammates wherever needed.

Attitude over Experience: While experience is great (and the more the merrier!), we are willing to train the right personality for junior roles. If you have the drive and the smile, we want to meet you.

Leadership (for Captain/Supervisor roles): For senior positions, we need people who can keep the floor organized, handle guest issues calmly, and lead the team by example during peak hours.
